WeManage.Tech is a managed IT provider serving central and eastern Missouri — Columbia, Jefferson City, Rolla and Farmington, and the towns in between. We look after the computers, phones, networks and websites for small businesses and local government: the whole stack, from one company.
Why we do it this way
Most small organisations end up with three or four different vendors: one for computers, another for the phone system, someone else who built the website years ago and no longer answers, and an internet provider who blames all of them. When something breaks, the customer becomes the project manager.
We took the opposite approach deliberately. We run the helpdesk, the phone system, the network hardware, the Microsoft 365 tenant, the website and the hosting. That means when something goes wrong there is exactly one company responsible, and it is us.
How we work
- You get a person, not a queue. The people who set your systems up are the people who answer when you call.
- We write everything down. Your network, licences, credentials and procedures are documented properly. If you ever leave us, that documentation goes with you.
- We tell you when not to spend money. A vendor who only ever recommends buying something is not advising you.
- We are local. When remote support will not do it, someone drives out.

Where we work
We cover the corridor running from Columbia and Jefferson City south through Rolla and across to Farmington, along with the smaller communities in between. Remote support reaches anywhere; on-site work is within that area.
